I'm Caitlyn, and I've been described as "a lot" (affectionate). I founded Miss EmpowHer, a community that's somehow convinced over a quarter-million women that I have my life together. Spoiler: I don't. I just have good lighting and a willingness to laugh at myself on camera. My professional background includes a stint at Google, a Forbes 30 Under 30 nod that my mom printed and framed, and an advanced degree in turning coffee into content.
When I'm not pretending to be an adult, you'll find me burning dinner, getting lost on hiking trails, or getting absolutely destroyed in Mario Kart by people half my age. I believe in manifestation, matching pajama sets, and that every problem can be solved with a well-timed group chat message.

Cooking (mostly burning, with style)
I follow recipes the same way I follow GPS directions: loosely, with increasing panic, and a 30% chance of ending up somewhere completely different. My signature dish is 'whatever doesn't set off the smoke alarm.'

Hiking (glorified walking, outdoors)
I hike for the 'gram and then complain for two days. My ideal trail has cell service every 50 feet, a coffee shop at the summit, and zero bugs. Somehow I keep signing up for actual mountains. Send ibuprofen.

Gaming (aggressively mediocre)
I have 400 hours in Stardew Valley and I've never made it past year 2. I play Apex Legends exclusively to deliver the most humiliating death possible. My K/D ratio is a gentle suggestion. But my setup? Immaculate. RGB is a personality trait.

Partnered with GlowUp to test their entire line. I put 'glass skin' to the test and came out the other side shiny, hydrated, and 40% more likely to take a selfie. They paid me, but I'd have done it for the free serums.
Wore Velocity trainers for a month straight. I ran, I walked, I dramatically power-walked to iced coffee. My feet have never been happier, and neither has my step count. Spoiler: it's still embarrassingly low.
A partnership so natural it feels illegal to get paid for it. I promoted Brewly's single-origin cold brew, drank approximately 47 cans on camera, and achieved a level of caffeine-induced honesty my friends found alarming.
Sponsored to use NoteLabs for productivity content. Joke's on them -- I now organize my chaos into neat little folders and still get nothing done, but I look incredibly professional doing it. The aesthetic alone is worth the sponsorship.
